The Poet’s Corner

As a psychotherapist and sports mental skills coach, I’ve loved to opportunity to work with amazing clients over the years and guide and support them as they navigate their lives and changes.

I too have felt many changes and challenges in my life with some form of grief being a constant since my father tragically passed away 29 years ago. Fortunately, my mother lived much longer but she too passed away two years ago.

As fate would have it, my oldest son just moved away to attend college, and I’ve reached menopause. The effect of these changes and losses has led me to writing poetry. It has been incredibly therapeutic and healing for me to do so and my hope is that my poems help you feel acknowledged, understood and inspired.

I am no poet by any means but am grateful to have the opportunity to help you on your path of healing in this life.
